On Saturday, Oct. 31, Floyd County, along with other counties in the area, celebrated Halloween and this year’s Trick or Treat. Although different than years prior, due to COVID-19, Floyd residents were able to enjoy a safe ToT due to the guidelines provided by Team Kentucky and the governor. Several cities in the area handed out candy, including Prestonsburg which hosted a Trunk-or-Treat at the Mountain Arts Center in order to safely hand out candy.
