On Oct. 21, the David School held a graduation ceremony for five students, who due to the COVID-19 pandemic did not get to experience receiving their diploma in front of their loved ones. The graduation was held outside and individuals in attendance were required to wear masks or face coverings. The ceremony featured David School teachers sharing memories of each student, prior to the graduates addressing the crowd. Also featured were several songs performed by a current student as well as special guest speaker 95th Dist. state Rep. Ashley Tackett Lafferty, who congratulated the students.
